Not a vendor. An extension of the team.
After an after-hours outage, Unite Communications brought their hosted-voice platform under our 24×7 NOC. Continuous coverage on systems where every minute of downtime hits real customers.
NOC stands for Network Operations Center. With this add-on, an engineer is on call every hour of every day to respond to critical issues on your covered servers. Critical alerts on the servers you list go straight to the on-call engineer, and your authorized contacts can activate the NOC by phone or through the portal at any hour.
Most infrastructure breaks at inconvenient times. Middle of the night. Saturday of a long weekend. First day of a launch. NOC coverage means an engineer responds within the hour when it does, not tomorrow morning, not when the team gets in.
It layers on top of Proactive Managed Services. The initial response and triage are covered by the add-on. Engineering time to investigate and fix the issue beyond that comes from your Reactive Flextime hours, at the rate for when the work is done.
For any managed client in good standing, we respond within one hour to any critical issue on covered servers. 24 hours a day. Every day.
One hour isn't an automated acknowledgement. It's an engineer responding to your critical issue while your team sleeps, any hour of any day of the year. The commitment is written into your agreement, with a service credit behind it.
Automatic for the critical alerts on servers you list. A phone number and a portal for everything else. A message in a shared channel or an email isn't an activation; it's picked up in the next business hours.
When a critical alert fires on a server or cluster you've listed for automatic dispatch, it goes straight to the on-call engineer without you having to lift a finger. Anything not on that list raises alerts for review in business hours, and you can still call it in.
Our 24/7 answering service verifies you're an authorized user on a NOC agreement, then dispatches to the on-call engineer. Available any hour of the day.
NOC-agreement clients have an additional form in the portal that sends a NOC-level support request. Dispatches immediately to the on-call engineer.
A specific, measurable event our monitoring picks up on its own. The alert fires, the on-call engineer is dispatched, the response clock starts.
Any high-severity service-impacting issue you report for investigation. If your team sees something urgent that our monitors haven't caught yet, the phone line or portal is how you make it critical.
The 24/7 NOC Add-on isn't a standalone product. It layers on top of an active managed engagement. Three things need to be true.
You have an active monthly Proactive agreement with maintenance, and onboarding and stabilization work has been completed.
All monthly services paid by the first business day of the month. Reactive agreement paid and current. Not at your credit limit for overage.
The server in question is on both a Proactive plan and this 24/7 NOC Add-on. The SLA applies per-server, not blanket to your whole fleet.
You'll need a Proactive agreement to designate covered servers, and Reactive Flextime for the engineering work beyond the initial response and triage.
The ongoing management engagement. Defines your covered servers and the maintenance baseline the NOC operates on top of.

We learn your environment, pain points, and goals. No scripts, no sales pressure, just an honest conversation about what you need.
A structured, practical onboarding process. We set up the services you chose, deploy monitoring where they include it, and tune alert thresholds with you through the first month.
Whichever services you chose go live, delivered by engineers who already know your systems. From day one, the work keeps your infrastructure healthy and improving.
We become an extension of your team. Strategic input, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement, not just keeping the lights on.
