Our payment platform allows you to arrange automated or manual payments by both pre-authorized debit and credit card. You can register a payer account that allows you to save payment methods and schedule future payments.
If you do not have a portal account, you can request one by emailing accounts@craftypenguins.net or by phone at 403 399-0790. We can also accept credit card payment over the phone via the same number.
If you have already registered an account with Wise-Pay, please login to access your outstanding invoices, update your saved payment methods, and to complete batch payments for multiple invoices.
